Once you place your order and complete payment, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at sales@royaldiapads.com.

Once your payment is verified and your order is processed, it will be shipped out. You will receive a notification with shipping details, and if applicable, a tracking number (for international deliveries).

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing your order. In the event of a failed delivery, reshipping will incur additional costs.

Local Delivery (Kenya)

We offer doorstep delivery within Nairobi, with a typical delivery time of 1–3 business days.
For locations outside Nairobi (including Kisumu, Eldoret, Mombasa, and Nakuru), delivery takes 3–4 business days.
A CBD pick-up option is also available upon request.

International Delivery

International orders are shipped via DHL Express, delivering to over 220 countries and territories.
Delivery transit time is approximately 5–12 business days, depending on the destination.
Shipping rates vary based on destination and weight. For packages above 2kg, we will contact you directly for additional charges.
All customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. The package will reflect the full order value for customs purposes.
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once DHL has marked the order as delivered.
